OpenLover Refund and Returns Policy
Important Notice
By using our services and making purchases, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Refund and Returns Policy.
Non-Refundable Fees
Fees are non-refundable once login details have been used on the portal. Non-use of a membership or inability of a user to access the website through no fault of OpenLover.AI shall not be grounds for a refund. The company does not provide refunds or credits for partial-month membership periods.
Refund Process
If a refund is issued, all refunds will be made by OpenLover.AI to the payment method used for the original purchase. Refunds will not be issued in cash or by paper check. All refunds will be processed within ten (10) days after communication between the user and the company's client relations department.
Pricing Errors
If a product or service is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any such order, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment method charged. If your payment method has already been charged, we will promptly issue a credit in the amount of the charge.
Payment Method Limitations
This refund policy does not apply when the payment method you used does not support issuing such a refund. This includes, but is not limited to, cryptocurrency payments and payments made through OnlyPay.
Third-Party Payment Providers
Refunds processed through certain payment providers may be subject to the provider's own procedures. OpenLover.AI does not have complete control over the final processing and therefore cannot guarantee how the refund will ultimately be issued.
